The list can go on and on… We only use industry professionals for the projects we produce so you know that you are getting a quality video and nothing less. It is COS Video’s job to make sure that you get exactly what you would like based upon your budget large or small. Please contact us to schedule a free consultation for your video project.
Our Process
Brief and Contract – 1 to 3 days
We will meet with you to discuss your video needs and discuss expectations.
Pre-Production – 1 to 3 weeks
This is the most important part of th process. It takes a lot of prepwork to make a great video. Fly by night pre-production will almost always fail or at least not meet the expectations of the client. We will work with you to write the script, create storyboards and creative concepts, audition and cast actors, find locations, schedule the process, and prepare for the shoot.
Production – 1 to 3 Days
Production days vary from project to project. We shoot the video(s) with the crew, actors, or non-actors, and you, the client can also choose to be there. We will shoot either in a studio or on location like in an office, a house or outdoors.
Post-Production – 1 to 3 Weeks
We edit the video(s) and then will invite you the client to either come to our office for edit reviews or we can post them privately so they an be viewed at your own leisure. We ask each client to view the video a few times over the period of a few days to let it sink in prior to making edit changes. We offer two rounds of client feedback revisions. Music, motion graphics, voice-over, subtitles, captions, titles, and animation are added and the final video(s) is delivered. We ask that only 1 or 2 key decision makers get involved in the editing process. To many cooks spoil the soup!
