Colorado Springs Conferences and Seminars

Colorado Springs Video has been providing video production support for conferences and seminars since 2002. We have shot numerous times at the Broadmoor Hotel and Cheyenne Mountain Resort as well as other smaller venues. Not only do we enjoy the service we provide to businesses and corporations that contact us from out of state and sometimes out of country but we pride ourselves on our friendly and expert service.

We offer two professional Sony 4k cameras and tripods for each job. We can hook up via XLR to the audio board which is typically supplied by the hotel or resort that the event is taking place in or we can supply 2 professional wireless lavalier microphones or XLR line microphones to the location where the speaker will be presenting.

For small rooms that do not have stage lighting already provided by the hotel or resort, we can offer LED lights to illuminate the presentation area. For lighting service, we will need to scout the room and layout prior to the event.

We offer full editing services if the client wishes. We edit the two cameras together for a more appealing video and can edit in Power Point presentations, external video and digital pictures that is supplied by the client.

We also offer video upload services via Colorado Springs Video Google Drive or can supply our clients with an external hard drive. Colorado Springs Video recommends a Lacie Rugged External Hard Drive for this option which will be added to the final invoice.

Our payment terms are 50% down to confirm the date(s) and the final payment is due when the project is complete. We accept multiple payment options such as Zelle, PayPal, CC or check. Whichever is most convenient for our client.
